6) Fee payment of Rs. 50 should be done at the center.
7) Submit the form, your request will be processed.
8) Collect your acknowledgment slip with URN at the center.
Steps to change address in aadhaar card
1) Visit the UIDAI website.
2) Click on myAadhaar and login by entering your aadhaar number and Captcha code.
3) Generate OTP and enter.
4) Choose the option ‘update name, address or date of birth’.
5) Click on Address and Proceed to update.
6) Fill in the details that are to be corrected.
7) Upload the scanned copies of POA documents.
8) Download the acknowledgment slip along with URN.
Steps to change Name and Date of birth
1) Visit the nearest aadhaar enrollment center.
2) Enter the details in the form provided.
3) Fill in the necessary details that need to be changed or updated - Name and Date of Birth.
4) Self-attested copies of the POI document are submitted along with the form.
5) A fee of Rs. 50 is paid to the executive.
6) On completing the payment, the Name and DOB change are initiated.
7) An acknowledgment slip with URN number is given to the requester.
